Written is an AI-powered writing enhancement platform that helps users improve grammar, clarity, emotion, flow, and style while preserving their unique voice. The Service provides various tools including AI Influence Slider, Humanizer, AI Detector, Story Memory, and BookTok Author Tools.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. The Service will not generate content that violates these guidelines.
Written offers subscription plans (Basic, Creator, Unlimited). Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You acknowledge that the Service uses AI to enhance writing. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated suggestions before using them. The Service does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI suggestions.
You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. Written claims no ownership over your original writing or enhanced content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRITTEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
